Probal is the Managing Partner of EVA Law and brings more than three decades of experience advising domestic and international clients on complex corporate, commercial and strategic matters.
His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, real estate transactions and strategic advisory mandates.
Throughout his career, he has advised businesses, investors, founders and institutions across a broad range of industries, helping clients navigate transformative transactions and commercial challenges.
